I would like to express my immense gratitude for the exceptional experience we had at your property. The concierge service was truly remarkable, efficiently resolving a complicated situation caused by the cancellation of our reservation at another hotel. The dedicated driver service provided incredible convenience, taking us anywhere within the city. The unbeatable location in Courchevel 1850, facing the main gondola (Croisete), proved to be an impressive advantage. Being in proximity to the main restaurants and shops greatly simplified our stay. Although we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the spa, its atmosphere certainly left us looking forward to a future visit. We sincerely appreciate the attention to detail and the undeniable commitment to excellence. Les Suites de Potiniere, you have created unforgettable memories for us.

We stayed at the hotel in February half term as a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 11. As soon as we arrived our room was ready and waiting. The reception couldn’t do enough for us. The room was really large and spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Beds were so comfy and no noise heard at night as there were additional shutters on all windows to block out any noise and light. The ski shop in the hotel were so accommodating and got all our ski rental things straight away. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could need, and the restaurant at night was Asian inspired with great choice. Very intimate. We were worried the hotel would be too small but it was perfect. The location is fantastic. A few metres from the main ski lifts and all the shops and restaurants. It couldn’t have been better. Having stayed a lot a few hotels in Courcheval 1850 on the slopes we will 100% be returning to Suites de La Potiniere in future.

The hotel was recently remodeled and it's beautiful. The service, staff and food is amazing. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were the nicest and so helpful. They opened a new bar/restaurant that is so good and so much fun. The hotel is perfectly situated at the edge of town and accross from the gondola. Highly recommend this place.

Magnificent hotel, spacious room with a very beautiful decoration, a king size bed, a large, very well equipped bathroom but a cold atmosphere, without human warmth, I came with a French friend accustomed to luxury, both of us were disappointed the service, the freezing atmosphere, the prices of the rooms and all the extras are exaggerated

Tres belle expérience aux Suites de la potinière! Accueil chaleureux et tres bon service, localisation parfaite en bas des pistes, déco moderne mais chaleureuse, chambres tres spacieuses comparé aux hotels du même tarif. Les chiens sont acceptés ce qui est rare dans la station! Le plus: les concierges à l’écoute et très performants. Je recommande!!

Il est impossible de dormir avant 3 h du matin à cause des bars environnants Deux nuits de suite que nous n’arrivons pas à dormir La réception considère que comme c est nous qui subissons le préjudice c’est à nous d appeler la gendarmerie On marche sur la tête

tres professionnel..un moment inoubliable et marqué à jamais pour mon premier massage...je sais que je reviendrais. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil et surtout à Julie qui est très à l’écoute . Cadre magnifique !! Je recommande les yeux fermés

Superbe expérience , personnel au petit soin, très accueillant à l’inécouté et avec service irréprochable ( merci en particulier à Christopher et aux filles du spa! ) .Massage de très bonne qualité , piscine très agréable, et la chambre splendide !
