Creston Valley Motel

Our stay at the Creston Valley Motel was a pleasant surprise on our road trip from Vancouver to Calgary. Situated in a good location, the motel offered easy access to the surrounding area and served as a convenient stopover for weary travelers like us. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with plenty of information about the local area and its attractions. Their helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable, ensuring we didn't miss out on anything Creston had to offer. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent choice of restaurants nearby. From cozy cafes to family-owned diners, there was something to satisfy every craving within walking distance of the motel, including a great craft brew bar with food trucks outside. The room itself was simple but comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep after a long day of driving. It was just what we needed—a good basic motel with a great price point for an overnight stay. Overall, the Creston Valley Motel met our expectations and proved to be the perfect pit stop on our journey.

Friendly staff. They asked if I wanted a glass of wine before retiring. My room was in a small hallway alcove in a corner. It did not face the parking lot, so it was super quiet. Across the street from a Dairy Queen that was open late. Super clean, comfortable bed. Room was larger than many other locations I've stayed at. I would stay here again if I was here again. There was a muted train whistle at 1:30 a.m., but it wasn't loud. Not their fault though!

Last Minute Bed For the Night. Clean and Functional. Nothing fancy but price was good.

We paid $170.00 for a room that was on the back alley. There were electrical cords hanging down all over the room. There were no hand towels, face clothes or bath mat in the room. The staff was helpful and gave us what we asked for however this should have been done in advance. I expected so much more from the price we were charged.

You can tell that they take pride in their property and ensure that the rooms are clean and well-kept.

I have always enjoyed staying here... Sad to see the original owners leave but the new owners are very pleasant and are maintaining the vibe of the place. They were very accommodating as it was the last minute book in and certainly recommend staying here and they are Still motorcycle friendly
