Booked 3 executive suites for NYE. Got there at 3:30pm for check in at 4pm. My room wasn't ready until after 4:30, other 2 were fine. Guest service associate at the desk was more than helpful and was very good. After midnight, realized the room I booked for 2 adults and 2 children did not have blankets/ pillows for my kids. Called guest services from the room at 12:30AM, had to call them 3 more times and didn't get the appropriate items needed for my kids until almost 2AM. For over $500 per night in the rooms I booked, this was disappointing. Then the security guy that dropped off the blankets for my kids stated the guy that was supposed to deliver was in trouble because he stated that he delivered the items on 2 occasions which is why we had to call 3 times for them. Beautiful hotel, good service at check in and check out. Support staff for room items is bad.
