It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by ******* about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by *******. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the ******* to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.
