Sheraton Flowood the Refuge Hotel & Conference Center

Very nice hotel. Clarification for certain amenities were not included. A few things broken in room. But super nice would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning unit kept making noises throughout the day and night and it was very annoying. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The area around the hotel is beautiful, and the hotel itself is modern and beautifully appointed.

while the hotel was in great condition, and the amenities were clean, there are not that many things to do in the winter at this hotel added to that fact that breakfast is not complementary, and there is no hot tub and the spa cost money as well I would say that this hotel is a very nice place to stay but overpriced for what you get. I’m surprised that there are not more free amenities at this price point

Fantastic staff very friendly. Safe and clean. We were very happy with our stay.

Overall stay was great, but my bathroom could have been cleaner. I bought some cleaning products and cleaned for myself. The floor around the toilet was really dirty with black dirt on the paper towel. The dirt wasn’t visible at first, but after wiping it made me question the real cleanliness of the room.
