Biggest issue was with **********! I arrived too find the reservation wasn't sent to the hotel. when they tried to call ********** they claimed no evidence of reservation even though I had proof. I registered manually.At checkout,I was given a bill despite the fact that I paid. Finally, after extensive discussion and with help from Brazilian family, ********** found reservation! This was sloppy by ********** and should never have happened. Also, ********** should tell customers that if you don't speak Portuguese, you have no ability to communicate as very few staff speak English! This info should be available info during bookings. You should do the research as the booking site!
Having said that, the Wish is a beautiful hotel, has a very nice pool and beach, and the staff is extremely nice, polite and tries to be helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and provides a nice selection of the wonderful Brazilian fruit.
