Was very disappointed w/ service.
The next mid morning (10:30) after arriving my wife discovered she had left her purse and phone in the previous nights UBER. She, having setup the UBER the night before made getting it back, and her purse difficult and impossible prior to our getting on a cruise ship that same day.
We requested being able to stay in room until 2PM to work on canceling credit cards etc., but was told a fee would be charged.
I mean, help a guy out!
