這個酒店的房間超級潮濕，又陰又潮濕，被子都是濕的，鋪着毛巾睡都是濕的，換了兩個房間都是這樣陰濕寒，住在裏面每天做噩夢，根本不適合人類居住

臨時決定出行到新加坡度假一週，選擇文斯蘭德酒店，入住後非常愉快，衞生環境服務都令人滿意。因為帶着小朋友擔心不方便，其實都是多餘的。酒店還有游泳池，適合家長陪伴孩子一起游泳。因為地理位置處在烏節路繁華地段，馬路對面就是大型綜合商場逛街用餐都非常開心。

Cannot fault this accommodation. Modern, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows so comfy! All the amenities you need and the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The drop off location is a little unexpected so make sure you read the instructions from the hotel very carefully - this is the only potential pitfall of this hotel. But once you know where to go for drop off and pick up it’s extremely straightforward. Great location as well. The pool area could do with some more robust shade around the sun beds but is lovely in the right conditions Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lanson Place. The location is fabulous, only 3 min walking to the nearest subway station. Close to many shops, restaurants and malls. The flat is small but enough space for a temporary accommodation. The terrace and swimming pool are great, although I would suggest to have some sitting area covered. The staff is amazing, they are 24/7 in the reception room and willing to help you with any request.

During my stay at Lanson Place Winsland in Singapore, I encountered a mix of experiences that shaped my overall impression. We booked a fairly large 60+ sqm apartment. One of the first things I noticed upon arrival was a strong mold smell that permeated the apartment. This was quite overpowering and detracted from the initial experience. The accommodation itself was spacious, featuring amenities as promised. The gym was also quite nice, with new equipment and pretty much always empty. Unfortunately, the dryer was non-operational, which posed a significant inconvenience. Despite attempts to air-dry our clothes within the apartment for over 24 hours, they remained damp / wet. The reception staff kindly directed us to a laundrette with drying facilities, which was helpful, but it didn’t fully mitigate the inconvenience. While the staff’s responsiveness was appreciated, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price. Given these challenges, particularly the issue with the mold smell, I find it difficult to recommend this option. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving these aspects for a better guest experience in the future.

My parents have known the Landson Place for a while and this was my first experience. They have treated us with excellency and care. Any complaints or requests they will attend quickly and arrange a solution. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you may need. I recommend this place if you’re coming with family or just as a couple. They do provide with a gym which is small but fine, if you like boxing there is a boxing area as-well a pool area with outstanding views as-well from your room.

Our 1-year stay at Lanson Place has seen consistently helpful staff and efficient service. Location is another top attraction as it’s a 3-min distance from MRT and with numerous bus routes right in front of the apartment. It’s located at the quiet part of the city centre hence making just half hour commute to most parts of Singapore. The 20-metre swimming pool (swimming laps) on the roof is another plus.

My initial booking was a studio executive. Upon arrival when showed the room it did not come across exactly as described. The window given in the room did not have any view. It was staring straight out to a blind as it has to block people staring straight into your room. Why call it a window if it stares into a blind. I fell into the trap of the photos and I think it’s only fair if the hotel come clean about this. It was important for me being claustrophobic. I had to upgrade my room as all of their studios had that kind of window facing. The room I got was an executive suite and it was behind my budget. The room was spacious and great. But like I said it cost twice as much.
