衞生和設施都一般般所以房間沒拍照片 這個價格放眼歐洲不貴但在這個小城市可是不低的價格了，前廳員工服務意識非常差，遠不及餐飲部員工 來卡昂的話推薦大家去吃一下卡昂牛肚和諾曼底冰激凌 非常不錯

Had a mixed experience during my stay at Mercure Caen Centre Port de Plaisance. Pros = Very nice breakfast, decent location, comfortable bed, mini-fridge Cons = Poor maintenance, several items in room were in very poor condition. Sadly, corrections could have been made with slight cost/effort. This room should never have been rented in this condition. You expect better than this at a 3-star hotel.

A good hotel in a great position. Due to a major street fair earlier in the day it was a nightmare getting past all the closed roads. Reception, who were lovely gave me an upgrade as compensation. A really nice room. Breakfast was very good as well and parking opposite the hotel

The hotel is at the small harbour bordering the centre. It is still some 20 minutes walking to the train station, though it is a pleasant walk. Good check-in and overall staff is bi-lingual and helpful. My room was sufficiently large and clean. However, the cleaning staff had for the first two nights only foreseen a paper cover on the matrass. I thought that it was due to the Covid situation, but on the third day the had made up the bed with real sheets (though not so neat). Also they tell you that they won't change your towels if you hang them to dry, but still I was given new ones after the first night. All a bit confusing. Also at breakfast they have sometimes difficulty to coop with the tourist groups that all come down at the same time. Only two coffee-machines is too few at such times. For the rest, the bar, the a**osphere in the hotel and the garage were okay. Large bathroom where the lights could have been better. Like in the room itself - reading at the desk was not simple with the normal light. Same for in the sofa. Only reading light was in a corner. It was a nice stay, but not all too special.

The experience got off to a very poor start. Directed to our room to find the keys did not work however door was ajar and the bed was not made. Went to reception and was assi it was the correct room and the keys would work took receptionist with me to prove they didn’t. Her master key also wouldn’t work. Issued room on third floor. Found it had had adjoining room but doors were not locked however room was empty. Retired to sleep that night and shut the internal door between bedroom and other areas only to find it wouldn’t open and we were trapped. Tried to exit via adjoining room to find it now occupied! No phones in room to contact reception. Managed to call hotel via mobile phone and we were rescued. The parting response was don’t shut the door again. Room was comfy, we had a bath which was nice but the wash basin is designed to have no plug! Breakfast was slightly chaotic and on two out of three days they had run out of croissants by 8am. Hotel is well placed but needs much improvement in service.

My parents spent the night of May 10th in this hotel. They were on an organized trip to several French cities. My father had an accident in the room, He suffered a deep cut in a leg after a fall. The reason for this review is to thank the staff for their help. I specially want to thank the girl who provided the first aid in a difficult situation. Sorry they don't remember your name, only that you speaks Spanish. Thanks also for all the support provided until the ambulance arrived.

Clean/friendly & safe overall service- they do not provide full bathroom amenities such as hair shampoo/conditioner nor face towels. I was in with a group tour so there were about 35-40 people. They provided dinner which was served hot and table was decorated very lovely- the food was fine-basic average dinner. The bar and the bar maid were exceptionally helpful. She offered & introduced me to a local spirit cocktail & was pleasant to take my order! Breakfast was very minimal- as the table that I went to sit at had no coffee mugs or silverware- and none were at buffet table. The breakfast served its purpose and was ok. This hotel is so conveniently located to lovely eateries/shopping and entertainment- overall I would be very happy staying there again. The front desk service was also very helpful & offered any assistance possible.

Overall an excellent stay. Friendly checkin and good explanation of the hotel amenities. Privilege room was functional, comfortable, and provided a good night’s sleep. A particular highlight of my stay was breakfast. Not a vast offering, but what was there was of an excellent standard. I found myself looking forward to breakfast more than I do at many more expensive and luxurious hotels.

Standard Citi hotel motel + like style. Not so clean. We were walk-in clients but Amy the receptionist didn't like we bothered her. She cared about our membership club ( does she get a bonus for that?) And when we asked about the pizza place she gave us the look that we are "flambes" if a look could be embarrassed this was the look. Bad experience.
