turned out to be a really great choice, big room and very spacious bathroom, pool was also amazing. Very friendly staff. will be staying there again if we are in town. i have to use 200 characters for this review, great great great and again great

On arrival we were very disappointed to find out that the restaurant is currently closed. One of the main reasons we booked Amber Court was because it's so convenient to enjoy onsite dining for both dinner and breakfast. The advertising for the Motor Inn facilities needs to be updated. The grounds appear to be very untidy and neglected and the gardens are overgrown, which detracts from what could be a very appealing setting. Our bed was comfy but extra pillow options would have made a huge difference. We booked an Executive Suite and although you can see an effort has been made to provide a comfortable area to relax in, the facilities do not equate to my expectations of Executive or a Suite. The fridge was not working properly. It was housed in a small cupboard and was very warm to touch. It was not cold at all internally. There were no wine glasses or coffee machine supplied. The worst aspect was the disgusting shower recess. It was black with mould and really unpleasant to be in. Overall the whole experience was disappointing.

Room fully equipped although pretty dated. Rooms face west so hot in late afternoon and overnight which meant we needed aircon. Room too small for comfortable aircon. 3 or 4 kms out of town so trucks which run all night are still travelling pretty fast and so noisey throughout the night

Very welcoming staff and clean and comfortable bed! We were not expecting much and with much surprise this resulted to be a very good place to sleep with our one year old kid. We will definitely come back here if in the area.

This is a great value place for families to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful with info about Coonabarabran. Plenty of space and beds for a family. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Amber Court!

Extremely disappointed, from the cleanliness of the room to the unprofessionalism of the manager who after we voiced our concerns, accused us of lying. We could not stay in the room but continued on our journey. Obviously, we cannot show proof of the rooms smell but most importantly the bed sheets smelled like they had not been washed after use. No refund was offered. The manager then made false accusations about us leaving due to us not liking the people in another unit. There was never any mention of any other guests when we voiced our concerns to the manager. Old rooms do not concern us however, dirty rooms do. The whole experience at Amber Court Motor Inn has left us very shaken and extremely skeptical of ever wanting to book accommodation online before viewing the room in person.

Nice motel, clean, large rooms, good service. Nice grounds. Pool seems to be extremely salty, but clean. Very noisy from trucks going past A shame the restaurant is open, but if you can't get staff it's a bit difficult

A lovely comfortable stay. The room was large with sofa and table and chairs and a great little kitchenette with kettle, toaster and microwave. The bed was large and very comfortable (compared to so called large double beds we’ve encountered on our travels). Bathroom was clean and bright and, heavens, they even had towel rails (something else disappearing from motel rooms). Only problem was highway traffic noise but we knew that when we booked. The location is out of main shopping area but you could easily walk in and back as there is a footpath and it is all flat ground. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely motel with nice management who will do anything to help make your stay nice . A great swimming pool to cool off in on a hot afternoon. Barbeques with all the utensils you need to prepare a nice dinner underneath a covered area with bench tables and seats
