Comfort Inn Grand Island North

It was nice to have a heater that worked well and was not noisy like so many hotel rooms. Very little road noise and none from surrounding rooms. Comfortable bed, great pillows and lots of hot water for the hot tub! Great refuge from the snow squall that was going on when I checked in!

Charged me four times and took $600 out of my account. Did void it all and gave me my money back but was without it for two days. $150 stay for moldy shower, tub, peeling wallpaper and gross floors.

For my purpose, the location was great. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of the pool, which would be expected since the pool is located directly across from the front desk, but it also permeated down the hall for quite some time. The room and hotel was clean. The mattress and pillows were average. The room darkening window shades were great. There was a small microwave, fridge and hair dryer. Breakfast was adequate. My complaint was not the hotel, it was those staying there. I had a three-night stay, and it appeared a group would come in intoxicated after the bars closed and continued to party until about 5:30 in the morning. There was another group that had no regard to any of the others staying in the hotel, by being speaking loud to one another, with no regard to others. It's frustrating not being able to get a good night sleep due to those who don't know how to behave, or don't know how to be considerate to others.

Usual plave we stay when visiting our family in grand island. Have not been disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort. Centrally located

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

We overall liked our stay there was 2 softball teams that stayed so it was a little noisy but good

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable & clean & pool/hot tub were nice an warm!

Pillows were awful and breakfast wasn’t great. Our room was on first floor under stairs so it was loud at times but that’s out of the hotels control. Hotel was clean and what I’d expect though, we would stay again.
