Quality Inn & Suites Lake Havasu City

The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep. I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good. Trying to cancel my next booking through here. On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

Love the breakfast

Overall the property was ok. Can’t complain about inside the rooms. It just it needs to be updated. However, when me and my family was eating on their complimentary breakfast, we saw a food worker who uses her hands touching the food to organize the tray. She did not even use a gloves or tongs for the food. That was my complaint about the whole stay.

Our check in experience was Good, thanks to Autumn the desk clerk. She found my friends and I rooms near each other. However, the room is badly in need of remodeling. The Lamps had shades that were wobbly, and stained. the Tub and shower were old, and the water pressure from the shower was really low. This is definitely a lower budget room. The breakfast was really good lots of options and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Noisy one side is facing the highway and the other rooms on parking lot side were busy as well.

Our stay at Quality Inn & Suites was far from a one star hotel. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. Our room was filthy! The carpet had gravel on it not vacuumed, bathrooms were run down and the entrance door needed weather *****ping for you could see the street light shine thru the bottom at night.

This was the worst! Hardwood floors are dirty, bathroom is extremely small and faucets were coming off the wall. The noise level was horrible and the staff only said they couldn’t control everyone. Will never stay at any Quality Inn again!

Good hotel, great location. Room didnt get cleaned after the first night, other than that overall great.

Needs updating. Our room was in need of repairs. Hair dryer was very loose from wall and would nearly fall out if pulled too hard. Shower /tub faucet when pulled to turn on shower would pull from wall. Broken tiles on floor… Needed tub unclogged , they unclogged the toilet which didn’t need it. Called again and they got it right but greasy boot prints were left on the floor.

We didn't have enough towels, no soap, and the rooms were not clean. After my elderly aunt asked for room cleaning on the 2nd day, both of our room doors stopped working. not just the keycards, but the doors were manipulated in such a way that we couldn't open them after the cards worked. We were promised a refund, then they did not give it. DON'T STAY THERE EVER!!!!!
