You can tell this hotel was a little bit older and they try to keep it up but it any rate you’ll be delighted with the breakfast, so many choices, and a very clean for hotel. VEGAS saw the water was hot. The room was clean. No issues maintenance and housekeeping very good front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Of the three nights spent on the road, this being the last, this was the most amazing, from the late night that we checked in; to the amazing "free" breakfast the next morning, and to the cleaning staff that we encountered the next day when they greeted us with a genuine hello and asked how we were! The individuals at the front desk to those cleaning the rooms and preparing the breakfast, we left with such good feelings to begin our day.

The room smelled the front desk gal said someone burned pipcorn in microwave. It was still ok for a one nite stay. Breakfast is great. Will stay again

Pool had visible muck around the edges, the hot tub was green. People in hallways sitting on floor and in stair wells. Noisy

I am a resident of the area who was recently displaced due to a house fire. I booked for one night through ******* and prepaid the reservation. Unfortunately, when I went to check in I was told that as a resident of the area, I was required to provide a $250 cash deposit and refused to accept a credit or debit card. I’d already pre-paid for a single night stay, so I stood there for a minute perplexed. While I suppose I could have left the hotel and gone to an A**, it made uncomfortable and I no longer felt safe staying there. I felt like I was being scammed. Allowing to prepay for a room and when you arrive at check in (beyond the cancellation window), if you don’t have access to cash, you won’t be able to check in and won’t get a refund. Luckily, I did purchase $4 travel insurance through *******, and was able to get my money back due to this inaccurate (or omission of) information on the listing. If you are from the area, be advised. The staff said that they have had this policy in place for at least 5 years.

My go -to motel in Pocatello. Clean, quiet well appointed rooms. Cable HDTV is great as is the hot breakfast.

It was very clean and very quiet. The staff was nice and even invited us down for home made cookies last night😊

The property was okay, nothing special. Breakfast was good, although breakfast room is located by the front door and was very cold.
