The Fox Hotel

The room we stayed in the tv wasn’t working at all. Barely any hot water. So be prepared to shower in cold water. Paint all over the carpet

I had to change room three times. They smell horrible, no hot water and the air conditioning is terrible :( they make noises:(?

The cleaning was horrible, the bathroom floor was covered in black, the bathroom was inappropriate, the carpets in the bathroom were very dirty. The price is too high for how poorly clean it is.

Room with no windows. Poor carpet cleaning in the room and shower area had hair. Reception personnel were very hospitable.

The worst hotel in the whole world. We have been traveling our whole lives but what we experienced in this place is beyond words. First i have no idea how the hotel has 4 stars. After check-in the room was filthy. Not vacuumed , sheets not washed , found hair everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water at all. Outlets didn't work so we couldn't use electricity. We asked for another room, same situation. Then the worst happened....at 7 pm they put. DJ booth in the lobby of the hotel to make it look like a club. Mind you there is only one open floor where the rooms are. So you basically were in your room and you felt like you were at the club listening to the loudest music ever. It was even impossible to talk to each other. The DJ was in the lobby untill midnight then they moved the music to the court yard where they continued until 5 am. It was impossible to get any sleep. Also there is no windows in the room. Still walls are paper thin. The stuff at the desk was not helpful at all. If anything the young blonde lady was rude and disrespectful telling us , it is what it is. Please dont stay at this hotel. This place shouldn't even be on the website.

Family trip at the end of 2023. It's a shame to have to give a bad opinion.. The hotel is a show, but it has closed spaces and services due to lack of staff, clean rooms but without Towel telephones and television in the room without services. Non-comfortable springs. Your answers don't have staff. And the staff of the from desk lack professionalism. It's a shame on such a beautiful and memorable date. .

The price was really good, and the staff were so helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well kept (dirty walls, wallpaper peeling, rug and wall stains). Our TV did not work the entire time and no wifi. The nightlife around the hotel was nice and it was a very lively hotel. If you’re someone who likes to go to bed early, this may not be the hotel for you because music is played late into the night.

No water, smelled bad, door did not locked, stained sheets, TV did not work, checked out early since it was not worth. Should get a full refund. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fox hotel is not what you would hope. It looks nice and location is great but the rooms are a diffrent story. Shower soor was broken in the bottom and water would leak into room. No cable. And theres a hang out spot with pool tables just steps away from the rooms so noise is a factor. To enter the hotel theres about 5 to 6 tables in the way so you have to maneuver around the poeple drinking just to wnter the hotel wich was awkward getting in and out. Staff is friendly.
