We had a beautiful experience, I will come back time after time if we could experience more time with the impecable staff.

The Four Points Pristina gets my vote as possibly the best Four Points hotel in the world. It’s got a swimming pool and spa, full bar, great rooms, all of which qualifies it as a five star hotel. But most important is the quality of the staff, whom general manager Fatih Bacan has trained to give star quality. Attentive, responsive and self motivated, this hotel gives the best training to the local young people. I had memorable experience from Jehon Aliqkaj at the time of check in and Zanë Koci, at check out and a restaurant staff Mohamed who whipped up a *****ni for me after the bar closed. Memorable.

Hotel is in a gated community and outside is a market square with restaurants and other activities. They have a Great gym facility and spa. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Provided great recommendations on things to do in the area!

Nice hotel in a new residential complex for us suitable for 1 night. Pristina city is far and beside several restaurants and market noting much in the area. While hotel offered us almost everything during our stay : comfort, politeness (specaly the boy at the lobby bar), spa, pool, fitness relaxation. Enjoyed the blessed boredom is what we needed and what we got it. One remark on a side that the hotel should look and correct it, is that we waited for the towels at the spa center bit to long, while the girl working at the spa was talking with someone, for ages. We were about to leave, that is when she thought it would be about the time to serve us, which took 5 seconds, to give us the towels.

Fantastic hotel - great location with plenty of amenities, restaurants, and shopping. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a short taxi ride if I needed to go downtown. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Special kudos to Liridona for the wonderful conversations and Geni for his excellent service.

Took advantage off the spa and massage, Beni was fantastic and extremely nice! Will do again! The hotel is extremely accommodating and with my Bonvoy membership I was able to use the spa. They made it quick and easy to book and the reception was great. I would ask for Beni again!

Great hotel in Pristina, in my opinion among the best in Kosovo, comfortable, pleasant and quiet with great staff! I was visiting Pristina on business and I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel! All recommendations if you are traveling to Pristina for business or pleasure!
