Booked on-line. Booking confirmed. Arrived and se were told the room style that we were co firmed for was no longer available. In addition, the hotel receptionist was very unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. Not cool after booking, confirmation and driving a long distance. We actually requested a credit and went across the street and paid more. Your competitor states they hear the same complaint a couple times a week. Your business model sucks. I used to exclusively use Days Inns. I doubt I ever will again. Teriible business model.
