Excellent place with excellent staff!! The food was great and the spa is excellent

It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. Top class services and the hotel team are outstanding. Comfortable accommodation, super clean, very tasty food, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the desert with great service. Organized excursions Through the hostel it was fancy with the staff of Mr. Shazly and Mr. Nabil as the tour guide. And a wonderful experience in the hotel HAMMAM with a very relaxing massage. It was really a great experience that we will never forget me and my wife. And sure will come back agin and again in the future. Booked a room with private pool. The water is not heated so it was kinda cold in the winter. Expect sand, insects in the pool as it is outdoors. But the room is really good with outdoor shower, indoor shower and separate tub. There is Boss sound system and it is huge with a large bed and living room. Not much choice of food and we ordered room service. The staff are v polite and nice. The location is not in the city so you need to drive out. If you do not drive or have a driver you might want to take note. We enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful hotel in the entry to the Saharan desert. It was very peaceful with excellent service from staff. The gym and yoga rooms are well equipped. All rooms have a fantastic view out into the horizon. The buffet changes every night and the Thai restaurant serves authentic Thai dishes from a new chef trained in Thailand.

Very peaceful resort. Luxury in the desert, and very quiet, particularly during Ramadan. The staff are friendly and professional, and the villa was clean and modern. Perfect location for the two of us as a couple to spend time together without distraction.

I had the most magical stay at Anantara and it was MAINLY because of the friendly staff they had. The hotel is a work of beauty in Tozeur and feels like a hidden little heaven. Firstly, Istabrak from resevations was very professional and so friendly and helped immediately when my agent made a mistake on my booking. Imane and Nahed were excellent at the reception and were available throughout my stay with recommendations and assistance with my requests. Thank you for the upgrade. I had the Berber Nights experience there for my first night and its a beautiful setting with delicious food. However, I would not recommend it for solo travelers as it is intended for couples and romantic dining. The Breakfast by Design is a must do. A stunning set up made privately as you watch the sun it it rises over the landscape in Tozeur. Daher (my server) and Azza (the chef) were beyond excellent and the breakfast was a tasting experience on Tunisian delights. The Spa has the most wonderful cheerful team and everyone from Salwa, Katloum and the entire staff were delightful. Ive done both the Hammam (by Kaltoum) and a relaxing massage (by Salwa) and they were both beyond excellent. I can spend a week at the resort and would return again and again. I can keep going on and on about how wonderful this place is but you should try it yourself to know. The suites are beautifully designed and very well kept considering the location of the resort( Hats off to the housekeeping team) I had a very nice conversation with Mr Nizar, a very well educated person in general and a stellar concierge manager! Thank you to everyone who made my dream trip to Tozeur a reality!
